Shipping in Canada
We offer free shipping in Canada* on all Tiger products found on www.tigerpingpong.com. Items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase and you will receive a tracking number for your order once it’s been picked up by the shipper.
* Orders must be over $40 to qualify for free shipping
* Depending on your location, you may have to travel to your nearest shipping depot to pick up your ping pong table
Ping pong tables are heavy items and will need to be shipped by freight. By default, ping pong tables will be shipped to the freight company’s closest shipping depot in your area and you will be responsible for pick-up. For home delivery of ping pong tables we charge an extra $75. You can specify home delivery during the checkout process.
For home delivery of ping pong tables you must have reasonable access available to your property. Typically, these packages are delivered to your curb (or closer to your house if possible), and the driver will help unload the product. You may need to make arrangements for additional help. Ultimately, you are responsible for the removal of the product from the truck. The shipping company will contact you ahead of time to schedule the delivery and someone must be home at time of delivery.

Ping Pong tables are large and heavy items, so it's always a good idea to have a friend or someone to help you lift the table into place. All tables include a set-up video found on our website to help you get started.
Return & Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before it’s shipped you will receive a full 100% refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will refund the balance less all shipping fees plus a 15 % restocking fee.
If you receive a damaged product or a product with missing parts, please take photos and send them to us. You will receive a new product or the part that was missing/damaged.
