Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: For the best deals, find an authorized local Tiger dealer. Otherwise, we offer Free Shipping in Canada from our website. For all other countries please contact us for a custom quote.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders from our website are shipped within 1 business day from the time of purchase. Once your order has been picked up by the shipper, we'll send you a tracking number to track your shipment. Depending on the order size and shipping location, orders can take anywhere from 2-14 days. For example; tables take more time to ship than paddles. Our warehouse is located in Vancouver, Canada. Contact us to set up an express order or for any custom shipping needs and we'll be happy to help.
Q: I ordered a table off your website and have found one of the parts to be damaged and/or missing. What can you do for me?
A: We replace all manufacturer defects and will send you a new product or replacement part right away. Just let us know the the details of what's wrong with your product. If you suspect that your product was damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the damaged areas and send them to us.
Q: Do you rent ping pong equipment?
A: Some of our distributers do. Let us know your location and we'll put you in touch with your local Tiger Ping Pong dealer.
Q: Will you sponsor our table tennis tournament?
A: Sure, we love table tennis events! Send us an email with the details of your upcoming event and we'll see what we can do to help. Priority will be given to events that support a registered charity organization. We've sponsored events in the US, UK and Canada and they're always a lots of fun.
